To ease shopping experiences with us, here are some FAQs to note down for your reference!

🐰 What are the accepted payment types?

We currently accept PayNow for Singapore residents and PayPal for all other countries excluding Singapore and Malaysia. 

🐮 Do you accept returns/refunds?

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns and refunds. Please make sure that you have checked all the items that you want to order and shipping details before entering your payment. If there are any issues with your order, please drop me an email here stating your name, order number, and the issue that you are facing.

🐱 How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you, which you will be able to use that tracking number to enter into the courier's tracking page. Alternatively you can use this tracking page to track your order.

🦆 When will my order arrive?

I will be shipping out orders within 2-3 working days (sometimes also depending on courier availability) once order has been confirmed. After the order has been shipped, it will take around  the number of days below in this chart to arrive you.

🐸 Where are we shipping from and where do we ship to?

We are based in a very hot and sunny country - Malaysia!

We're trying our best to ship all over the world! We are currently using EasyParcel as our main delivery partner, and we ship to whichever country they can. You may check out their website here.

🐶 What to do if my parcel is damaged/opened when it arrives?

We're sorry to say that we will NOT be held responsible if your order has been damaged/opened during delivery. We will be packing all orders very securely to prevent incidents like these from happening.

🍊 I haven't received my parcel after a month, is it lost?

If you have a parcel that hasn't arrived you after a month, feel free to email us at designsbyvirgo@gmail.com with your name and order number, we'll help to check it out. However, if it's been lost by the courier service, we will not be held responsible for that as it is out of our reach.

🐻 How do I enter free shipping?

Free shipping only applies to orders that are above SGD60 and only for Singapore orders. Orders that are based outside of Singapore are not eligible for the free shipping.

If your order fulfills the above requirements, you will be able to enjoy free shipping! At the Checkout page, scroll down to Shipping Method and click on the option that says "Free shipping over SGD60 in Singapore ONLY".

So voila, free shipping! ✈️

🌸 Are all items in stock?

Yes, all items are in stock, however some of them are pretty limited due to either manufacturing costs, seasonal items, or things that we will be taking off the shelves once they sell out. If you're intending to get something, we don't recommend waiting ;)

☀️ Are there any discounts going on?

Please note that we will NOT be doing any discounts at the moment, but we hope to bring that in in future! Note that all bundles and sticker packs already have a discounted price when you buy the whole bundle/sticker pack.

When we are able to do more discounts, we will be updating it in the Announcements tab, and look out on our Instagram page @designsbyvirgo for more updates :)

🍁 When do we know if shop is closed?

If shop is closed, this page will not be available to be viewed, and instead it will be a notice saying that the shop is unavailable at the moment once you click on our shop link. Updates on shop closures and reopenings will be announced on our Instagram page @designsbyvirgo, you may also drop a message via our Instagram page if there's any urgent needs.

❄️ Are your stickers waterproof?

For sticker sheets and individually sold die-cut sticker, yes! They are waterproof stickers that you can place on not only your devices but also on your washable items like water bottles and food containers etc.

For sticker packs, it's kinda yes and no. Yes because if you stick them on surfaces like your phone or laptop, you can sanitise them as much as you want, and it will still look good after months. No because after running them through water it will eventually become wet and the ink will smear, so we do NOT recommend putting them things that you will wash such as your water bottle or food containers. This is because all stickers are made using normal simili paper with adhesive, and they are only laminated with a sheet of either matte, glitter, or holographic laminates. These are NOT vinyl waterproof material stickers.
